На сегодняшний день Сергей Есенин самый популярный поэт. По рейтингам социальных сетей он занимает первое место по количеству упоминаний и цитированию. Здесь хочется сказать, что свою неугасающую славу Есенин заслужил. И чтобы эта слава не умолкала долго поэт начал строить о себе легенды ещё при жизни, хотя многие его методы считаются весьма противоречивыми.
О противоречивости поэта и поговорим в этой статье
Очень многие люди, не знакомые с биографией поэта, воспринимают его как наивного лирика или «пастушка» из деревни, пишущего воздушные стихи о любимой девушке, о братьях наших меньших, о природе и родном крае. Здесь нужно сказать, что Сергей Есенин сознательно выбрал линию «светлоголового леля» и вплоть до революции следовал этому образу. Наивным же он никогда не был. Начиная с первой поездки в Петербург Есенин рассчитал всё до мелочей, отправившись в гости к самому Александру Блоку. Тот его и ввёл в литературную среду.
Но долго Есенин «прилизанным» не ходил…
После революции 1917 года у поэта прорывается свой голос. Есенин чувствует свободу и дух эпохи. Его уже не устраивает образ деревенского “паренька с дудочкой”, который выдумал для него старший наставник Николай Клюев дабы развлекать публику в салонах.

С этого момента начинает формироваться образ скандалиста и хулигана, который Есенин тоже выбрал сознательно и умело его эксплуатировал. Но об этом не будем.
Всё чаще в его стихах слышится грусть и печаль. В произведениях 1917-22-х годов Есенин всё больше погружается в философию жизни и смерти, но не забывает упомянуть про свой шальной образ жизни.

Есенин понял, что именно скандальная слава выведет его на новый уровень популярности и заставит его звезду гореть ярче.

Многие знакомые поэта вспоминали позже, что ради славы он был готов пойти на всё. Стоит отметить, что он был хулиган, но уж точно не подхалим или головорез идущий по головам товарищей.

Здесь ещё нужно сказать о невероятной способности поэта заводить нужные знакомства и покровителей, которые постоянно вытаскивали его после очередного пьяного скандала или выходки.
В свои 25 лет Есенин уже дважды женат и у него двое детей. С женами жил довольно мало (он успел жениться официально 3 раза). Поэт долго не сидит на одном месте и постоянно «продвигает себя». В 1921 году Есенин начинает «крутить» роман с американской танцовщицей Айседорой Дункан, которая старше его на 18 лет. Вскоре женится на ней. Многие окрестили этот брак «очередной выходкой» и желанием прославиться. И нужно сказать, что здесь Есенин рассчитал всё верно – он уезжает в мировое турне за новой славой. За границей поэта восприняли весьма прохладно и больше считали за молодого мужа известной танцовщицы, чем за русского поэта.

В том же 1921 году, ему всего 26 лет, поэт пишет своё самое известное стихотворение, которое в последствии будет положено на музыку огромное количество раз. В этом стихотворении молодой поэт как-бы подводит итоги своей бурной молодости и даже жизни. В стихах Есенина довольно часто звучат нотки раннего ухода и даже самоубийства. Например:

Попытки уйти из жизни самостоятельно у него действительно будут, правда всегда показательные в присутствии людей. В Америке он пытался скинуться с высотки, в Баку прыгает в резервуар с нефтью, где его едва вылавливают и отмывают. В общем его всегда кто-то спасал, и подобных выходок судя по воспоминаниям современников было не мало.
Странных и противоречивых поступков у Есенина много, но ему можно простить всё за его стихи!

И вот почти век прошёл, а люди всё гадают что-же случилось в ночь на 28 декабря 1925 года в гостинице Англетер, где утром обнаружили тело 30 летнего поэта повешенного на трубе парового отопления. Кто-то говорит, что эта была его очередная, но неудавшиеся выходка (он рассчитывал, что его опять успеют снять, но никто не пришёл на помощь), кто-то говорит, что его убили (следы драки в номере действительно присутствуют), но следуя стратегии жизни поэта можно смело сказать, что умирать он точно не хотел (вот-вот должно было выйти полное собрание сочинений).
То самое полное собрание сочинений 1926 года, которое поэт так и не увидел.
Говорят, что в 2025 году (будет 100 лет с гибели поэта) наконец-то рассекретят какие-то «тайные» документы и мы уже точно узнаем, что там случилось. Есенин умел создавать легенды о себе, а простой бытовой уход великих людей никогда не устраивает поклонников, которые только подпитывают общество якобы новыми обстоятельствами гибели.
В любом случае у нас есть прекрасное стихотворение (и ещё много других), в котором Есенин рассказал о себе буквально всё.

Владимир Маяковский фигура в русской литературе неоднозначная. Его либо любят, либо ненавидят. Основой ненависти обычно служит поздняя лирика поэта, где он воспевал советскую власть и пропагандировал социализм. Но со стороны обывателя, не жившего в ту эпоху и потока времени, который бесследно унёс многие свидетельства того времени, рассуждать легко.
Маяковский мог бы не принять советскую власть и эмигрировать, как это сделали многие его коллеги, но он остался в России до конца. Конец поэта печальный, но он оставался верен своим принципам, хотя в последние годы даже у него проскальзывают нотки недовольства положением вещей.
То, что начнет твориться в советской России после 30-х годов, поэт уже не увидит.
Стихотворение «Хорошее отношение к лошадям» было написано в 1918 году. Это время, когда ещё молодой Маяковский с восторгом принимает происходящие в стране перемены и без капли сожаления прощается со своей богемной жизнью, которую вёл ещё несколько лет назад.

Большой поэт отличается от малого не умением хорошо рифмовать или мастерски находить метафоры, и уж точно не количеством публикаций в газетах и журналах. Большой поэт всегда берётся за сложные темы, которые раскрывает в своей поэзии – это даётся далеко не каждому, кто умеет писать стихи. Большой поэт видит не просто голод, разруху, когда люди видят голод и разруху. В стихотворении (оно будет ниже) поэт напрямую обращается к животному. Но это обращение служит неким метафорическим мостом, который должен только усилить накал, происходящий в стихе и показать обычному обывателю всю нелепость и жестокость ситуации. Случаи жестокого обращения с лошадьми были часты в это время. Животных мучали до последнего, пока те действительно не падали замертво прямо на дорогах и площадях. И никто этого не пресекал. Это считалось нормой.
